SRH Elevator Car Sterilization and Purification System


Welcome to use SRH "Car Air Sterilization and Purification System". This system may efficiently kill bacteria, virus and remove dust by the 5-layers filtering system.
 

1. Purpose

This system is suitable for elevator car, dust-free workshop, laboratory, production workshop, corridor aisle etc. It may purify and inhale the air entering these enclosed spaces, prevent the indoor personnel from dirty air and guarantee their health.

1. Working principle

This system adopts 5-layers filtering.

1. Primary filter layer

A nylon gauze attached to the honeycomb is used to filter out large particles such as dander, hair, dust, etc.

1. Honeycomb activated carbon filter

Using high-quality coconut shell activated carbon as material, it can effectively absorb formaldehyde, benzene, xylene, TVOC in the air to remove odors such as cigarettes and garbage.

1. PCO photocatalyst filter layer

Using sponge-shape activated carbon sprayed with TiO2 catalyst on the surface as material, it can produce strong catalytic degradation under the irradiation of 254nm cold cathode ultraviolet lamp which can effectively degrade toxic and harmful gases (formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, and Toluene, ammonia, TVOC and other pollutants),  sterilize bacterial like Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus etc. and decompose and harmless toxins released by bacteria or fungi. Meanwhile it has deodorization (cigarette smell, toilet smell), garbage smell, animal smell, etc.), anti-pollution, air purification and other functions.

1. Ultraviolet light layer

It uses cold cathode ultraviolet lamp with a wavelength of 254nm. This wavelength of ultraviolet light can destroy the protein layer of most bacteria and has a strong bactericidal effect. Besides the life of cold cathode can generally reach 20000H, which is enough for general use for 3-5 years. The weekly power consumption is much lower. The lamp in this system is specially customized which reaches 180mm in length.

1. Negative ions layer

Negative ions have a good sterilizing and dust-reducing function which are also known as "vitamins in the air" by the medical profession. The negative ions concentration generated by this machine is 3 million ions/cm³, which makes the car have the negative ions similar to a waterfall or forest that may promote the metabolism of the human body, improve immunity, and allow people to enjoy the gifts of nature in SRH elevator. The dust and ash in the air is positively charged while the negative ions are negative charged, when they meet, the positive and negative coalesce, thus condensing the dust and other particulates into a mass, the weight increased which helped to bring it to the ground. Therefore, negative ions have the effect of purifying air. In addition, negative ions also have the effect of removing indoor decoration pollution. Negative ions can react with formaldehyde and benzene remaining after decoration, decompose them into carbon dioxide and water, which completely solved the decoration pollution problem.

1. If the power cord of the motor and fan is damaged, it must be sent to the manufacturer or a professional person for repair and replacement.
2. A power disconnect device must be equipped with the contact opening distance of the L and N poles greater than 3mm.
3. For the first start-up, you must ensure that the PE bag of the filter is removed before you can use it.
4. The honeycomb activated carbon filter needs to be replaced after being used for half a year to a year. It can also be taken out and exposed to the sun. Each exposure can recover about 80% efficiency. It is recommended to replace the filter in about two years by this way too.
5. When it is necessary to disassemble the ballast cover for maintenance or wiring, it must be ensured that the whole machine is powered off.
